Day 1 - We Seize the Means of Light Balls

The peace of the realm has been shattered. Monsters are roaming the wilderness, attacking travelers and towns. King Lorik’s daughter has been taken hostage. The King has promised that the one who proves they are descended from Erdrik will be given his daughter’s hand in marriage and the kingdom itself. The proof he is currently looking for includes rounding up and slaying every dragon in sight. And burn down that castle across the street, its giving him the willies.

Gizzy is messaging people to get an exploration group going.

She is going to the Swamp Caves tonight.

Should we guard the swamp caves then? Also, I'm totally down to be red dragon assuming I dont accidentally get killed night one...should we maul Gizzy? Let me know what you guys think

We each get to guard one place so why don't we cover all three caves and the grave. Those are the 4 zones i've heard of people investigating.

Other than Bedlam has anyone picked a role?

I think just Gizzy. Like I said, in interested in Red Dragon, but if I'm anywhere near being offed today, I'd rather not want to risk it for the group

I think we should Cripple the folks that are quiet and going to stay quiet the whole game. We can off the talkers/threats to the village and cripple those that will be hanging around.

Hurt is also perm so we should be hurting someone every night as well as crippling.

I think those are both very good ideas. Anyone have any idea if and when Dragon Lord's ability would be useful? I'm picturing shenanigans, but something you'd have to be nearly at endgame to try...when and how would you pull the trigger on something like that?

Late game or mid game if it looks like we're far ahead.

Thinking about taking that one in case you get offed? I kinda think that's the best one to lose early honestly since we don't really have any control over whether or not it works.

Yeah, I'll probably go dragon Lord and Guard the North cave here in an hour if things don't turn around. If so good luck, guys...

You could try the "it's day 1, what kind of reason were you hoping for" defense but yeah, saying nothing might be the best route.
